Highly recommended food and coffee spot in downtown Cascade. I stumbled serendipitously onto CHANGE Cafe early on a Saturday morning in late June while in Cascade, Idaho, on a camping trip. All I was looking for was my morning coffee, but this place has breakfast food, lunch sandwiches, and more. My americano was delicious and strong. They even have heavy cream, which not all coffee shops do. Staff is super helpful and attentive, and the cafe is family friendly. Restrooms are down the hall, and there's a bakery next door. CHANGE Cafe has only been open for a few months, but they're doing great and getting it right. Stop by if you have the chance!
